Job description

Up to $125k Salary + Super

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

This hands‑on System Administrator role supports core infrastructure across multiple internal environments, spanning corporate, development, QA, support, and training. Own build, upgrade, and maintenance work across hardware, operating systems, databases, and applications, with security and integrity as the priority.

Help create new environments, patch and upgrade safely, and contribute to containerisation, CI/CD, and automation where it improves delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Support Linux and Windows servers, virtualisation platforms, backups, and databases, responding to monitoring alarms and requests with urgency.
• Design and build systems, not simply run pre‑built solutions or playbooks.
• Hands‑on DevOps capability: The business is currently moving into CI/CD and DevOps, and the tools/processes are still being built. They need someone comfortable creating these foundations from scratch.
