Job summary

Eco Outdoor is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the Sales team in Waterloo. The role serves as the first contact for design clients in showroom environments and strengthens relationships with architects, designers, installers and end customers across Sydney.

Based in the Waterloo showroom, you will split time between client service and business development, partnering with a Business Development Manager to grow and service key accounts. Full permanent work rights required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role.
• Ability to manage client relationships and day-to-day enquiries.
• Strong verbal and written communication to build relationships.
• Attention to detail handling leads and project delivery.
• Interest in architecture and design.
• Ambition to grow existing relationships through service and product counsel.
• Understanding of sales principles and delivering good customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather information on prospective clients and identify value opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development to understand client requirements and provide solutions.
• Provide after-sales support to retain customers.
• Respond promptly and accurately to client queries.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Work with the BD rep to create customised sales plans for key clients.
• Promote new products and services to existing customers.
