Job summary

Net2Source is hiring a Service Operations Agent in Sydney for a 6- to 12-month contract with extension potential. The role focuses on incident handling, customer inquiries, and end-to-end support of banking-related processes within an Agile, stakeholder-driven environment.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and be able to navigate banking policies, perform credit file assessments, and collaborate with bankers and support teams to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and concerns via inbound and outbound chats as part of managing workflow.
• Provide end-to-end support from creation of an account through income and liability assessments of the customer's credit file and its maintenance and product servicing.
• Ask the right questions from the customer on their request/problem to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with bankers, senior lenders and support teams.
• Maintain a deep understanding of banking processes and policies.
• Handle customer issues and product escalations through chatbot and live calls.
• Provide excellent service on application progress enquiries.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Show work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team.
