Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia at its Sydney CBD head office is seeking a proactive Financial Markets Business Operations professional on a fixed-term contract until December 2027. The role delivers operational and system administration support for Financial Markets business systems, servicing internal and external clients including overseas offices.

The team supports multiple FMG solutions and offers exposure across Domestic Markets, International Department, Risk Management, Payments Settlements

Responsibilities

Deliver operational and system administration support for Financial Markets business systems.
Support internal and external clients, including overseas offices.
Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure services are delivered as per agreements.
Provide business operations expertise and guidance to internal/external customers.
Maintain liaison with overseas offices and IT to meet operational requirements.
Conduct regular reviews of business operations to ensure efficiency and relevance.
Monitor systems and coordinate issue detection and resolution to minimise impact.
Plan, test and verify system changes to ensure operational stability.
