Job summary

The role emphasizes mapping processes, extracting insights from data, and delivering clear BRDs and user stories while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a BA in banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with requirements documentation (user stories, BRDs).
• Proficiency with Jira, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements via interviews and workshops to capture business needs.
• Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows.
• Interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, developers, testers, and PMs.
• Create BRD/User stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
• Assess proposed solutions and conduct gap analyses.
• Assist with test planning, UAT coordination, and defect triage.
• Support training, communication, and adoption activities for new processes.
