Job summary

Josys is seeking a Marketing Representative to amplify our on-the-ground presence in Sydney. You will manage end-to-end event logistics, coordinate campaigns, and produce on-brand marketing assets using Canva, Figma, and Adobe.

You will draft content for blogs, LinkedIn, and emails, support demand generation, and analyze campaign data. This role requires AI fluency, strong writing, and hands-on design skills, with on-site work in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing, events, or communications; real work demonstrated.
• Practical AI fluency with day-to-day tools.
• Hands-on design with Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
• Clear, confident written communication.
• Strong organisational skills; manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfort with data; read campaign reports.
• Proactive ownership mindset.
• Based in Sydney, NSW; on-site for events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics for industry events, webinars, conferences, and meetups across Australia and sometimes the US.
• Identify relevant events and sponsorship opportunities; use AI to scan landscape and build prioritised briefs.
• Plan and execute Josys-hosted events and virtual roundtables; coordinate stakeholders and vendors.
• Produce marketing assets—social banners, decks, one-pagers—using Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
• Draft and publish marketing content: blog posts, LinkedIn posts, campaigns, emails.
• Support demand generation: emails, social, landing pages, performance reports.
• Use AI to draft short-form content for LinkedIn and other channels.
• Maintain CRM and marketing flows in HubSpot or equivalent.
• Support Head of Marketing with competitor analysis and market research.
• Keep project trackers and content calendars organised.
