Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join the Sydney team. This externally-facing role drives lead generation, brand representation, and event coordination to fuel growth. The position is full-time and hybrid, based in our Sydney, Australia office.

You will collaborate with sales, partnerships, and marketing to create compelling content, manage campaigns, and grow our B2B pipeline while supporting social media and email initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, partnerships, or technology.
• Externally-facing role with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and organised mindset with attention to detail and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: own and report on lead generation activity across events, webinars, content, and email.
• Brand Ambassadorship: represent Pattern in events, webinars, outreach, and in-office appearances.
• Event Coordination: assist planning and executing B2B events and promotions.
• Social Media Coordination: support creation of content for LinkedIn and Meta platforms; monitor engagement.
• Content Marketing & Email Marketing: assist in blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and database growth.
