Qualifications

• Previous experience in a digital marketing, communications or CRM-focused role.
• Experience delivering email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience managing website content and digital platforms.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-first mindset and genuine passion for digital engagement.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, website CMS platforms and digital analytics tools will be highly regarded.
• Must be able to work on-site; hybrid or remote working arrangements are not available.
