You will work with insurers, brokers, policyholders and legal representatives to establish facts, assess liability and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.

To succeed, you should bring liability loss adjusting experience, strong investigative and analytical skills, and excellent report-writing.

Qualifications

• Experience in liability loss adjusting or complex liability claims management within insurance.
• Sound understanding of public liability and product liability.
• Analytical skills to assess evidence, liability and quantum.
• Excellent report-writing and ability to present findings clearly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of public liability, product liability and other third-party liability claims.
• Investigate incidents, gather evidence, review documentation and conduct site inspections when required.
• Assess liability, causation, quantum and exposure.
• Interpret policy wordings and identify coverage considerations.
• Prepare investigation reports with clear findings and recommendations.
• Liaise with solicitors, brokers, insured parties, claimants and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical experts and legal professionals on complex matters.
• Negotiate settlements and support timely resolution of claims.
• Prioritise competing tasks while maintaining accuracy and service.
