Harvey in Sydney is seeking a Legal Engineering - Product Specialist. You will leverage your legal expertise to help customers integrate Harvey into daily workflows, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion across APAC.

The role focuses on building trusted advisory relationships with top law firms, in‑house teams, and asset managers. You will collaborate with Customer Success and Account Executives to deliver tailored guidance, training, and scalable use cases, while shaping product feedback

Formación

• Based in Sydney and eligible to work in Australia.
• Australian practising certificate or equivalent common‑law qualification with 3+ years experience.
• Executive engagement skills and presence with key decision makers.
• Outstanding presentation skills to legal and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals.
• Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform the legal industry.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with law firms and in‑house legal teams.
• Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs.
• Develop, codify, and scale high‑impact legal use cases across practice areas.
• Partner with Customer Success and GTM to identify expansion opportunities.
• Identify obstacles to adoption and develop strategies to overcome them.
• Translate legal practice needs into feedback for Product and Engineering.
• Monitor usage trends and re-engage at‑risk accounts.
• Contribute to APAC customer-facing content (training materials, guides, FAQs).
• Support Harvey’s credibility by delivering high‑quality, domain-specific guidance.
