Job summary

Altios, a strategic partner for international expansion, is seeking a Corporate Services Manager in Sydney to oversee governance, compliance and company secretarial activities, while leading the Corporate Services team.

You will ensure adherence to Australian Corporations Act and ASIC obligations, manage board and shareholder processes, support clients with corporate transactions, and develop the team across a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate services, governance or company secretarial activities in Australia.
• BAS Agent registration is required.
• Strong knowledge of Australian corporate and regulatory requirements (ASIC etc.).
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Country Manager and APAC CFO to manage Australian operations and client/regulator relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Corporations Act and ASIC obligations and advise on governance matters.
• Oversee board and shareholder meetings, resolutions, records and regulatory filings.
• Provide corporate and legal support to clients on transactions, risk and banking relations.
• Lead a 4-person Corporate Services team, set KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
