Altios International in Sydney is seeking an Accounting & Corporate Services Manager to oversee corporate governance, compliance and company secretarial activities while leading the Corporate Services team.

You will work with the Country Manager and APAC CFO to ensure ASIC/Corporations Act compliance, manage board and shareholder matters, and provide corporate support to clients in an international environment. The role requires 5+ years of experience and BAS Agent registration.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in corporate services, governance or company secretarial in Australia.
• BAS Agent registration.
• Strong knowledge of Corporations Act and ASIC obligations.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate in an international environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee corporate governance, compliance and company secretarial activities.
• Lead the Corporate Services team (4 staff) and set KPIs.
• Maintain relationships with clients, banks, government authorities and regulators.
• Provide corporate and legal support to clients on transactions and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Corporations Act and ASIC obligations.
