Job summary

Commercial Property Cleaning (CPC) is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of cleaning service contracts from initiation through renewal. This full-time, on-site role is based in Sydney and requires coordinating with site supervisors and clients to ensure service delivery meets standards.

You will review contract terms, monitor performance, prepare reports, support tenders and pricing, and work with health, safety, and environmental specialists to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
