Job summary

Quayclean Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of cleaning and operational services at a major event venue in Western Sydney. You will own the day-to-day performance of the contract, guiding a team of cleaners, team leaders and supervisors to deliver safe, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Lead operational teams and manage multiple locations or large venues.
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management.
• Excellent project management and workforce planning.
• Experience monitoring budgets and financial performance.
• People leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, resilient and accountable approach.
• Valid driver's license and police check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop operational teams to deliver the agreed scope of services efficiently and consistently.
• Build a strong and trusted partnership with the site client.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including workforce planning, rostering, equipment and resources.
• Monitor operational and financial performance against contract targets.
• Drive customer satisfaction, resolving issues and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ensure employees are trained, accredited and equipped to perform their roles.
• Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety and ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Provide accurate operational, KPI and performance reporting.
• Lead a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Support mobilisation and implementation of services where required.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental standards are consistently maintained.
