Job summary

Birdeye Australia is seeking a high-energy Commercial BDR in Sydney to drive expansion across the Australian market. You will identify, reach out to, and qualify high-potential commercial accounts using a consultative sales approach.

Reporting to the Commercial team, you will collaborate with AEs, maintain Salesforce records, and master Birdeye's AI-driven platform to position solutions for multi-location brands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BDR/SDR experience in SaaS
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Consultative selling mindset with a hunter mentality
• Based in Sydney with full working rights

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct strategic research including local SEO and brand audits.
• Engage key decision-makers with consultative conversations.
• Coordinate with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities for demos.
• Maintain Salesforce records with accurate forecasting and data integrity.
• Understand Birdeye product suite to position AI-driven solutions.
