Job summary

Susquehanna is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator for its Asia Pacific campus recruitment team in Sydney. You will support university recruiters across graduate programs in trading, technology, and Quant businesses as well as internship opportunities across the business.

You will build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, coordinate multi‑stage interviews, travel, and on‑site events while maintaining accurate ATS records and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional admin/HR coordination experience preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication essential.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, and managers.
• Schedule and confirm phone and on-site interviews, including tours and lunches.
• Coordinate travel for candidates.
• Greet candidates and manage on-site interview flow.
• Distribute resumes and feedback to stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Handle inquiries from candidates or staff.
• Improve procedures and support events and reporting.
• Coordinate university recruiting dinners and internship events.
• Support additional projects and campus engagement activities.
