Job summary

Susquehanna is seeking a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support university recruiters across graduate programs in trading, technology, and Quant businesses, and internships. You will engage candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, learn the university recruiting process, and help manage interview schedules and events.

The role requires detail orientation, organization, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional experience as an administrative assistant, or experience in an event planning, coordination or similar role required; prior experience assisting a Human Resources and/or University Recruiting team preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates, recruiters and managers
• Schedule and coordinate on-site and phone interviews, including tours and lunches
• Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates
• Greet candidates and ensure a positive interview experience
• Distribute resumes and feedback to recruiters and interviewers
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS
• Handle inquiries from candidates and internal staff
• Improve procedures across responsibilities and support university recruiting events
• Manage additional projects such as reporting and researching universities
