Job summary

Susquehanna International Group – Sydney NSW is expanding its in-house recruiting team and seeking a Quantitative Campus Recruiter to drive vision, strategy, and execution of campus recruiting efforts.

You will join a team focused on hiring top-tier talent into Susquehanna’s university‑level programmes, build relationships with university contacts, design events, and use data to inform recruiting decisions and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in mathematics or another STEM field.
• Strong appetite to learn how to interview students using quantitative concepts.
• At least one year of professional work experience; campus recruiting is a plus.
• Strong event‑planning skills and evidence of successful event execution.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess campus candidates using probability and logic questions.
• Define hiring needs with managers and create a campus hiring strategy each academic year.
• Design and produce onsite and external events from conception to execution.
• Scale campus efforts to attract top talent from universities nationwide.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Attend and facilitate careers fairs and campus events for the programmes.
• Apply data analytics to inform recruiting decisions and tactics.

Our in-house recruiting team is expanding! We are looking for a Quantitative Campus Recruiter to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our campus recruiting efforts. If you are an individual who is passionate about mathematical problem solving and building social connections, then we want to hear from you!

You will join a team of recruiters focused on hiring top-tier talent into Susquehanna’s university-level programmes. Beyond interviewing and hiring, you will work directly with our university contacts to maintain existing relationships, as well as create new connections to expand our overall reach. Your efforts will directly impact our hiring strategy, recruiting process, and recruitment marketing + branding initiatives. We are looking for an innovative problem solver who can leverage new tools and ideas to strengthen our brand recognition, diversify our recruiting efforts, and attract the best talent.

What you’ll do

• Leverage your mathematical background while interviewing and assessing quantitative campus candidates by working through probability and logic questions.
• Work with managers to define hiring needs and create a campus hiring strategy each academic year to reach our recruiting goals.

• Find creative ways to scale our campus efforts and attract top talent from universities across the country.
