Job summary

Nexia Sydney is seeking a Talent Advisor to join the Sydney office, focusing on internal talent needs with potential to expand into external recruitment as the function grows. You will partner with Partners and HR to deliver practical recruitment outcomes and a positive candidate experience.

Initially you will manage internal resourcing, then broaden to external hiring across a range of roles, contributing to onboarding and broader HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Professional services recruitment experience, ideally within accounting or legal.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Clear communication skills and a practical, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, initially focused on internal resourcing
• Partnering with leaders on role scoping, approvals and resourcing decisions
• Supporting the transition to a blended internal and external recruitment approach
• Screening, interviewing and supporting selection decisions
• Coordinating advertising, candidate management and offers
• Contributing to onboarding and early employment experiences
• Maintaining recruitment data and reporting
• Supporting broader HR initiatives as required
