• Five+ years in strategy consulting or internal corporate strategy.
• Graduate-level education in business or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in ambiguous, high-complexity environments with structured problem solving.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills from data, research and market information.
• Knowledge of strategic frameworks and enterprise or business-unit strategy.
• Experience assessing options including alignment, costs, benefits and risks.
• Ability to translate recommendations into practical workstreams with execution oversight.
• Experience developing measures, reporting and insights to support decisions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication.
