Job summary

Fireblocks is expanding its sales team in Sydney, targeting financial institutions and tech partners across APAC. You will drive revenue growth, cultivate key relationships, and collaborate with BDRs and the GTM team to close strategic, complex deals in the blockchain and digital assets space.

Ideal candidates bring enterprise software sales experience, a track record of exceeding targets, and a strong understanding of blockchain, fintech, or cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales.
• Experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency preferred.
• Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
• Track record of over-achievement in enterprise sales positions.
• Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude.
• Willingness to prospect and qualify new opportunities.
• Thrives in a team selling environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Working closely with Fireblocks BDRs and GTM Team.
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers.
• Prospecting, territory, and account planning.
• Updating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM.
