Qualifications

• Excellent communication and executive presence for executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering org structures.
• Experience in TAM, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, or Consulting for enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with engineering leaders and power users at key accounts.
• Partner with Field Engineering and Sales to deliver a seamless post-sale experience.
• Drive adoption of Grok by aligning usage with business objectives.
• Guide customers on rollout, prompt strategy, and context configuration.
• Conduct strategic account planning and reviews with VP- and CTO-level stakeholders.
• Monitor account health, usage patterns, and product engagement to drive renewals and expansions.
