Job summary

SpaceXSI in Sydney is hiring the first AI Deployment Manager to partner with enterprise customers. You will drive adoption of Grok, deliver measurable business value, and bridge customer stakeholders with our internal teams, influencing both the Grok roadmap and each customer's rollout strategy.

This role is highly cross-functional and customer-facing; you will understand software development workflows, support developer tools, and help engineering teams scale.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and executive presence with developers and CTOs.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering org structures.
• Fluent in technical workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with engineering leaders and power users at key accounts.
• Partner with Field Engineering and Sales to deliver a seamless post-sale experience.
• Drive adoption of Grok by aligning usage with business objectives and engineering goals.
• Guide customers on rollout, prompt strategy, context configuration, and internal enablement.
• Serve as the customer’s voice internally and influence roadmap priorities.
• Provide strategic account planning and regular business reviews with executive stakeholders.
• Monitor account health, usage patterns, and product engagement to drive renewals and expansion.
