Travelex Central Services Limited is seeking an inspiring Area Manager to oversee up to 10 stores across Sydney metro and ACT. Based in Sydney, you will drive sales growth, coach Store Leaders and Sales Consultants, and ensure KPI targets and compliance are met.

The role emphasizes strong commercial acumen, people leadership, and ability to lead change while maintaining a positive workplace culture and delivering profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to apply solid commercial judgment.
• Superior knowledge of product, services and procedures including customer care sales process.
• Drive performance by achieving portfolio and individual sales targets, KPIs and compliance obligations.
• Demonstrated experience and capability with change management, leading teams through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Store Leaders and Sales Consultants across up to 10 stores in Sydney metro and ACT.
• Drive profitability and sales growth through KPI achievement and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain an inclusive, high‑performing culture and strong workplace environment.
• Collaborate with support office teams and NSW State Manager to execute business plans.
