Job summary

Agency Iceberg Pty in Sydney is seeking an experienced freelance PR leader (senior account director/PR director) with food, retail or FMCG background to lead influencer-focused campaigns.

You will manage big clients, budgets and teams, working across PR, digital and creative with the General Manager to shape strategies, engage C-Suite clients, and deliver outstanding end-to-end campaigns while maintaining composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in managing consumer/corp PR campaigns.
• Deliver end-to-end client experiences.
• Develop PR strategies and new client offerings with GM.
• Liaise with C-suite clients.
• Support a team of Coordinators, Executives and Account Managers.
• Develop engaging corpsumer PR campaigns.
• Identify external thought leadership opportunities.
• Update media lists and network with local and national media.

You:

• Live inSydney,Australia
• Have at least5-6+yearspublic relationsexperience (agency preferred)
• Have an excellent understanding of the Australian media landscape
• Previous experienceworking acrosscorporateclientsis desirable
• You’rea conceptual thinker and leader and up to date with current digital trends across the Australian media landscape and platforms (web, mobile, audio, email and social media)
• You’rea natural storyteller and have innovative ways to bring a story to life through your work
• Have excellent communication skills (including written and verbal)
• Can develop presentation decks with a clear narrative
