Job summary

Agency Iceberg Pty in Sydney is seeking a senior PR leader for a freelance capacity, suited to an established PR Account Director or Senior Account Director with food, retail or FMCG experience.

You will manage big clients and budgets, work across internal teams (PR, digital, creative), and maintain composure under pressure. This is a freelance role in a large agency setting.

Qualifications

• Must have recent PR agency experience.
• 8+ years public relations experience (agency preferred).
• Excellent understanding of the Australian media landscape.
• Experience working with corporate clients desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager to manage consumer/corporate PR & media campaigns.
• Be a strategic trusted client advisor through the delivery of outstanding end-to-end client experience.
• Develop PR strategies & new client/product offerings.
• Liaise with C-Suite level clients.
• Support a team of Coordinators, Executives and Account Managers.
• Develop engaging corpsumer PR campaigns for your clients.
• Identify and participate in external thought leadership opportunities to build awareness of the agency’s expertise.
• Update media lists and ensure you are well networked with local and national corporate media.
