Job summary

Fuji SMBE Macquarie in Prestons, Southern Sydney, is hiring Assembly Production Team Members for a hands-on manufacturing role. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to build high-quality electrical switchboards, with full training provided.

Reporting to the Factory Foreman, duties include assembling frames with battery tools, installing busbar and components, packing finished products, and keeping stores stocked to keep the line running smoothly.

Qualifications

• No prior assembly experience required; full training provided.
• Able to handle small components and use hand or battery-powered tools.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and on-time production.

Responsibilities

• Assemble modular switchboard frames using battery tools.
• Install busbar and electrical components into switchboards.
• Package completed products for dispatch and manage stores to ensure parts availability.
• Assist with loading/unloading and forklift tasks where licensed.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a positive team environment.
