Job summary

seek.com.au client in Mascot is seeking an Electrical Production Assembler to join their production team, starting immediately. This role reports to the Production and Continuous Improvement Manager and is based near Mascot Station.

You will assemble electrical and mechanical components, use hand tools and power drills, follow wiring diagrams and SOPs, and perform quality checks to meet production targets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly environment.
• Experience in electrical assembly and wiring is highly desirable.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and follow instructions precisely.
• Basic understanding of electrical safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components per work instructions and diagrams.
• Use hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, and workshop equipment safely.
• Operate pedestal and handheld drills as required.
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks.
• Meet production schedules and maintain quality standards.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
