Job summary

Poolwerx Mount Eliza is seeking an enthusiastic Pool Technician for residential and holiday pools on the Mornington Peninsula. You’ll test and balance water, service equipment and build strong client relationships in an active outdoor environment.

Full training is provided, with a competitive salary and the chance to grow with a growing business. A valid driver’s licence is required and you’ll receive a company vehicle, phone and uniform to support you on the job.

Qualifications

• Pool-industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
• Willingness to complete a police check.
• Full on-the-job training is provided.

Poolwerx Mount Eliza has been under new ownership for two years and is growing quickly across the Mornington Peninsula. We’re looking for reliable, motivated people to join our supportive team—either bringing existing pool-industry experience or a great attitude and eagerness to learn.

As a Pool Technician, you’ll service residential and holiday pools, test and balance water, maintain equipment and help keep pools crystal clear. It’s practical, active outdoor work with genuine customer impact and room to build a long-term career.

What we’re looking for

• Experienced Pool Technicians who are ready for a fresh opportunity in a growing business.
• People with transferable hands-on, trade, maintenance, customer-service, or outdoor-work experience who want to enter the pool industry.
• Motivated learners with leadership potential - we provide full on-the-job training for the right person.

The role includes some physical work, including lifting 20kg salt bags, so you’ll need to be comfortable with an active day outdoors.
