The Swim School Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Geelong, VIC, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of Bright Waves Swim School. The Swim School Manager supports and coaches instructors, ensures adherence to the swim program and safety standards, and monitors swimmer progression through the sticker certificate system.
