Are you passionate about helping children build confidence, skills, and a lifelong love of the water? Do you thrive in a leadership role where you can inspire a team, connect with the community, and make a genuine impact every day?

Join the team at Rackley Swimming / City Venue Management at Beenleigh Aquatic Centre. With a strong focus on service excellence, safety, and community connection, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing swim school while developing your career within one of Australia’s leading aquatic and leisure management groups.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the swim school, support and develop instructors, and help create an outstanding experience for children and families in the local community.

The Role

As Swim School Manager, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the swim school team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality swim instruction from infants through to squad levels
  • Manage class schedules, staff rosters, enrolments, and day-to-day swim school operations
  • Build strong relationships with families, schools, and the local community to grow participation and engagement
  • Drive enrolments through proactive communication, community outreach, and promotional initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with pool safety standards, child protection requirements, and operational procedures
  • Create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, students, and families
  • Work collaboratively with the Facility Manager to support overall venue success
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A confident and motivated leader with the ability to inspire and support a team
  • Highly organised, with strong administration and time management skills
  • Passionate about customer experience and community engagement
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator who can build trust with families, staff, and stakeholders
  • Solutions-focused, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement

Experience in the aquatics, leisure, or swim school industry is highly regarded, but not essential. We welcome applicants from a range of leadership and customer-focused backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in the role.

Weekend availability (minimum one day) is required.
