Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Bright Waves Swim School.
• Manage class schedules, instructor assignments, and customer bookings to maintain low class numbers.
• Coach and support instructors, enforce swim safety standards, monitor progression using the sticker certificate system.
• Engage with families, resolve inquiries, and promote a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
