• Building strong relationships with team members, families, and the local community

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations and Bright Waves standards

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within aquatics, fitness, or a customer‑focused environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a genuine passion for creating great experiences
• Well‑organised with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• A passion for swimming and water safety
• Swim teaching qualifications (or willingness to obtain), along with a current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
• Relevant qualifications in sport, recreation, or a related field (desirable but not essential)
