Category 5 Labour Management, based in Ravenhall, VIC, is seeking a Sweeper/Water Cart Driver for a 3-month casual roster with potential to convert to permanent full-time. The role requires working Monday to Friday, with shifts 6am–2.06pm or 10am–6.06pm, on-site at Ravenhall.

You will operate a street sweeper and water cart, perform daily safety checks, and maintain vehicle presentation. Applicants must hold a Current HR driver’s licence, demonstrate reliability and safety awareness, and be

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Commitment to safety in all tasks
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating Street Sweeper around site an on Christies Rd
• Operating Water Cart for Dust Suppression
• Filling Water Cart from Hydrants
• Maintain a high standard of vehicle presentation, both inside and out
• Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and equipment as needed

Skills & Experience

• Current HR Drivers Licence (Essential)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Commitment to safety in all tasks
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
