Job summary

Workforce Extensions Footscray, the client is seeking a MR Water Cart Driver with a strong focus on safety and reliability. The role covers watering lawns, trees, playgrounds and new land developments, across Melbourne's western suburbs and Bacchus Marsh, starting from the head office in Bacchus Marsh.

Applicants should have a MR license, White Card, and a Working with children’s check or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• MR license mandatory.
• White Card required.
• Working with children’s check or ability to obtain one.
• First Aid certificate is an advantage.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in related roles.
• Commitment to safe work practices and can work autonomously or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Water lawns and trees to a high standard.
• Water playgrounds and sporting facilities.
• Water new land developments and manage dust suppression.
• Operate in Melbourne western suburbs and Bacchus Marsh area with head office in Bacchus Marsh.
• Support site safety and be available for immediate start.

Workforce Extensions Footscray, our valued client is seeking a professional, quality and focused experienced MR Water Cart Driver to join their growing team.

An innovative and developing business, our client is an industry leader in landscaping that specialising in landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance, and residential lot packages. This exciting opportunity will be on dayshift Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.30pm, with vast overtime and weekend work opportunities. This is a Temp to permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The work will be across Melbourne Western suburbs and Bacchus Marsh area. You will be starting each day from head office located in Bacchus Marsh. It is essential that you have work rights in Australia.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Watering of Lawns and Trees
• Watering of Playgrounds and sport Facilities
• Watering of New land Developments
• Dust Suppression
• Must have MRLicense
• Must be available to commence immediately
• Must have White Card
• Must Have a Working with Childerns Check (Employee)
• Physically fit
• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
• Capacity to work in all weather conditions
• High level of personal work standards
• Demonstrated commitment to Workplace Safety
• Have an excellent "can do"attitude

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the Landscaping industry.

What you'll Need

To be successful across these positions you will have the following certifications:

• Construction White Card.
• A Manual Driver's License (MR or HR an advantage) and reliable transport.
• A First Aid Certificate (an advantage).
• Have a Working with children's check or the ability to obtain one.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
