Job summary

Visy Group is seeking a motivated, regionally based sales professional to manage and grow a portfolio of tropical produce customers in Mareeba/Atherton Tablelands, QLD. This full-time role will act as Visy’s on-the-ground representative, building relationships and delivering sustainable packaging solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and superior service to growers, with a focus on driving growth and supporting the circular economy in Australia’s

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, agriculture, or packaging.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with ability to work independently in regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of regional produce customers (bananas, papaya, tropical crops).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as Visy’s trusted representative.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities for mutual growth and support operational activities as required.
