Job summary

The Blackmores Group is seeking an Environment & Sustainability Manager to drive the company’s sustainability strategy, reporting, and B Corp commitments. You will coordinate carbon inventory, Scope 3 emissions, and nature-positive initiatives while partnering with supply chains and functions globally.

You will turn strategy into action, manage projects, and ensure reliable data for internal and public disclosures, aligned to Net Zero by 2030 goals.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in sustainability or related field.
• At least four years of sustainability experience with cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with carbon accounting and decarbonisation pathways.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sustainability initiatives from scoping to close-out with stakeholders.
• Support Net Zero and Scope 3 reporting and data management.
• Contribute to B Corp recertification and governance processes.
• Analyze performance trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage across functions, regions and supply chains to embed sustainability.
