Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is seeking a Senior Manager, Sustainability and Net Zero to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of sustainability initiatives across a major infrastructure program. You will embed sustainability throughout planning, design, construction and operations, acting as the organisation's trusted adviser on climate change and environmental governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of sustainability and decarbonisation strategies, frameworks and initiatives across the organisation.
• Embed sustainability principles across planning, procurement, design, construction and operations.
• Provide authoritative advice on sustainability, climate change, carbon management and environmental governance.
• Drive progress towards Net Zero commitments and climate resilience objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence policy, shape decision-making and integrate sustainability into project and organisational delivery.
