Job summary

Blackmores is seeking an Environment & Sustainability Manager to drive the sustainability strategy, align with Net Zero by 2030, and support B Corp certification. Based in NSW, you will lead cross‑functional initiatives with the supply chain and ensure compliant, data‑driven reporting.

The role requires four+ years in sustainability, carbon accounting including Scope 3, and strong stakeholder engagement. It offers hybrid work between Warriewood/Surry Hills offices with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in sustainability/environmental science or related field.
• Minimum four years delivering cross-functional sustainability initiatives.
• Experience with carbon accounting including Scope 3 emissions and decarbonisation pathways.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Group carbon inventory, including Scope 3 emissions.
• Support decarbonisation initiatives aligned to Net Zero by 2030.
• Lead sustainability initiatives from scoping to close-out with stakeholders.
• Enhance internal and public reporting with reliable data and evidence.
• Analyse performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Engage across functions, regions and supply chain to embed sustainability.
