Job summary

Mauri, part of George Weston Foods, is leading a sustainability initiative from its Enfield Head Office. The Sustainability Manager will drive the program across Mauri’s four pillars—people, planet, product and prosperity—working with the executive team and a broad set of stakeholders to advance the company’s purpose of sustainably feeding the nation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years sustainability/ESG experience
• Manufacturing or FMCG experience preferred
• Strong program management skills
• Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead Mauri's sustainability program and drive progress across pillars: people, planet, product, prosperity.
• Coordinate with executive leadership and workstreams to execute the strategy.
• Create and deliver communications and training on sustainability initiatives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align goals with best practices.
• Coordinate regular updates and ensure ESG reporting meets governance standards.
• Collaborate with finance to coordinate data collection for reporting.
