Job summary

Mauri, part of the George Weston Foods Group, seeks a Financial Performance & Reporting Business Partner to lead performance reporting and controllership for the Australian Bakery Ingredients business. The role is for a 12-month max-term contract based at Mauri's head office in Enfield, reporting to the Head of Finance and collaborating across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, SG&A and capital.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting or Finance with CA or CPA qualification.
• Experience in performance reporting, management accounting, forecasting and financial controls.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with familiarity with analytical systems and SAP.
• Excellent business partnering and communication skills to translate financial data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Own key consolidated financial and performance reporting.
• Translate results into actionable insights for leaders.
• Partner with commercial, manufacturing, supply chain and procurement teams.
• Strengthen financial controls and governance reporting.
• Support forecasting, strategy development and investment decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance tools and processes.
