InfraBuild Reinforcing is seeking a Reinforcing Solutions Engineer to leverage AS 3600 design expertise and drive adoption of InfraBuild products across the construction industry. You will engage with direct customers through the project life cycle to embed solutions, identify market opportunities, and help shape product planning with market insights.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil/Structural).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in reinforced and post-tension concrete design.
• Strong business and commercial acumen, relationship/stakeholder engagement and management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to document market solutions for senior leadership.
• Showcase strategic thinking and a passion for innovation and outcomes.
• Technical delivery management and leadership.
• Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects across varying scopes and complexities.

Responsabilités

• Leverage AS 3600 design expertise to identify and facilitate market entry of InfraBuild products, processes and service offerings.
• Partner with direct customers to embed InfraBuild products and services in all stages of the project life cycle.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand market penetration.
• Utilise market knowledge to support and steer product planning and solutions to develop market ready and cost effective go to market activities.
• Prepare and deliver technical documents and presentations to educate, influence and support customers.
• Work with functional teams across the business to achieve deliverables.
