Job summary

InfraBuild Reinforcing is seeking a seasoned Reinforcing Solutions Engineer to apply AS 3600 reinforced/post-tension design expertise across our projects. You will drive adoption of InfraBuild products and collaborate with customers to embed solutions throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on sustainability and value delivery.

You will report to the State Sales Manager and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver market-ready, cost-effective go-to-market strategies and compelling

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil/Structural).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in reinforced and post-tension concrete design.
Proven ability to translate market insights into technical proposals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Leverage AS 3600 design expertise to identify and facilitate market entry of InfraBuild products.
Partner with direct customers to embed InfraBuild products and services in project lifecycle.
Expand market penetration.
Support product planning and develop go-to-market activities.
Prepare and deliver technical documents and presentations.
Collaborate with Trade, Innovation, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.
