Job summary

InfraBuild Reinforcing is seeking a Reinforcing Solutions Engineer to apply AS 3600 design expertise and drive adoption of InfraBuild products across Australia’s construction sector. You will engage with clients, influence project life cycles, and lead market entry efforts for sustainable, profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of reinforced and post-tension concrete design experience.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across scopes and complexities.
• Demonstrated technical delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AS 3600 design expertise to identify and facilitate market entry of InfraBuild products and services.
• Partner with direct customers to embed InfraBuild offerings across the project lifecycle.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand market penetration.
• Inform product planning and go-to-market activities with market knowledge.
• Prepare and deliver technical documents and presentations to educate and influence customers.
• Collaborate with Trade, Innovation, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to achieve deliverables.
