Job summary

REMONDIS Australia is seeking a Client Liaison Officer/Account Manager to support waste, water and energy services at client sites in Sydney. You will assist existing teams in managing relationships with suppliers and customers, and help deliver on promised outcomes.

Ideal candidates have several years in customer-focused roles, with strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency. The role may involve interstate travel and requires a commitment to safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused experience in service roles, ideally waste/water/energy sectors.
• Formal qualifications preferred but not essential in related fields.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel for reporting and communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external supplier arrangements and relationships.
• Maintain customer relationships and handle requests promptly.
• Provide proactive waste solutions aligned with sustainability goals.
• Ensure client accounts/projects are profitable and meet objectives.
• Lead safety/environmental performance and manage key risks.
• Proactively handle unplanned emergencies.
