Job summary

Crowe is seeking a senior sustainability assurance professional to drive end-to-end engagements across AASB S2 and climate reporting. You’ll shape capability development, mentor teams, and guide clients through governance and regulatory challenges.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements, opportunities to influence methodology, and collaboration with senior partners across industries. Four-plus years in sustainability assurance is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability, climate, risk, or advisory services.
• Four years’ hands-on sustainability assurance experience, incl. leading engagements.
• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification advantageous.
• Ability to interpret new standards and translate to practical methodology and workpapers.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end assurance engagements over AASB S2 and greenhouse gas reporting.
• Develop internal capabilities and deliver training and coaching.
• Lead client engagements identifying climate risks and opportunities and related disclosures.
• Develop climate strategies, transition plans, and decarbonisation pathways.
• Develop/assure climate scenario analysis and related metrics, ensuring quality workpapers.
