Job summary

McConnell Dowell is seeking an experienced Survey Manager to lead all surveying activities on the Kwinana Freeway Widening Project in Western Australia. You will oversee survey operations, maintain project-wide survey control, manage survey resources and ensure accurate, timely outcomes that support safe construction delivery.

Collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers and delivery teams, you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction across a complex transport infrastructure

Qualifications

Proven experience leading survey teams on major civil infrastructure projects.
Strong technical expertise in construction surveying, control networks and as-built delivery.
Ability to manage survey resources, priorities and project outcomes.
Collaborative approach working with engineering and construction teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all survey activities across the project lifecycle.
Establish and maintain project survey control and governance systems.
Manage survey teams, subcontractors, equipment and resources.
Provide technical leadership to engineers and construction teams.
Oversee set-out, verification and as-built survey delivery.
Ensure quality, compliance and survey outcomes support construction programmes and project objectives.
