Job summary

The Procare Group's Investigations Division is seeking resourceful and dedicated Surveillance Operatives for insurance and corporate matters in Canberra.

Attend locations predominantly within Canberra and across ACT, performing field surveillance, personal injury investigations, witness/location enquiries and related tasks. We welcome dual licenced investigators who can work in other states.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, effective communication and are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
• Insurance experience across Workers Compensation and/or CTP portfolios is preferred.
• Appropriate surveillance equipment, photographic and video skills.
• Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
• Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and all relevant 2E licence and master licence.
• If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.

Responsibilities
