Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking FactualInvestigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Sydney! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!

We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.

The Role:

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Sydney metro and a proportion of work across GreaterSydney and NSW;
• Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
• Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
• Prepare and draft factual reports.

About You:

• Hold aCertificate III in Investigationsand a current and validInvestigators Licence (Class 2E);
• Have a current and validdriver's licence and vehicle;
• Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations ispreferred;
• Haveexcellentwritten and verbalcommunicationskills;
• Strong attention to detailand are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
• If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
