Job summary

Procare Group is seeking a motivated individual to join the Procare Investigations team in Melbourne as a Trainee Factual Investigator. You will train with experienced investigators to become a licensed Insurance Factual Investigator, supporting reports, reviewing field notes, and liaising with clients.

The role offers full-time hours, comprehensive induction, clear development plans, and flexible working including work from home options.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years administration experience.
• Interest in investigations or law enforcement.
• Excellent writing, grammar and report prep.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Great customer focus and dedication.
• Confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

As aTrainee Factual Investigatoryou will work closely with our Investigations team in the day to day operations of our division. This will include training with our experienced investigators to become a fully licenced Insurance Factual Investigator.

Daily responsibilities of the Trainee Factual Investigator include:

• Supporting the preparation and writing of formal reports and documents for our clients;
• Reviewing investigator field notes;
• Conducting enquiries and professional daily liaison with clients and investigators; and
• General office ad-hoc administration duties as required.

About you:

• Proven administration experience (1-2 years).
• An interest in investigations and/or law enforcement.
• Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Time management and organisational skills.
• Great customer focus and dedication.
• A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries.
• A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
